Hello, lovelies!
I can’t believe we’re in September
already! Is it me or this year is going way too fast?
But now that we were just hit by
this September wind and we’re found in a kind of mid-season, I decided to bring
you guys a glimpse of the fashion trends for this Autumn/Winter.
First of all, pastel hues as well
as dark blue and burgundy are replacing all the vivacity of the Summer colors. Pastels will certainly brighten up a winter's day.
Ultrafeminine and chic, soft shades of blue and pink will conquer wardrobes.
They’re perfect to break the Summer spirit without stepping in Winter hues too
much - because they’re not too pop or too heavy or dark, so it’s a great
balance. Add to your summery outfit a light jacket too, and you’ll be ready to
go and face your mid-season day!
Don’t be surprised if you see a lot
of light pink in stores. We’ll have a “rose bouquet” this next season!
Floral prints slowed down a bit
during the Summer and they were replaced by stripes. But now that Autumn is
coming, they’re back in all force! You can expect them in darker shades for the
Winter season though. I’ve already got a few new shirts with floral print and
I’m sure they’ll give a happy touch to my Winter!
The masculine-feminine story also
climaxes this season, thanks to pinstripes, slouchy trousers, and double-breasted
jackets. Personally, I’m not feeling like I’m going to join this trend but true
is that the masculine wardrobe took women’s closets and inspired many catwalks
for AW 2013 collections. Still, the feminine touch is usually given through
accessories.
Not only blue is making its way in
this upcoming season - and I’m sure it’ll hit its high next Spring – but especially navy will be the colour of the season. We’ll also find a
lot of black, burgundy and purple. Red will be another colour very present this
Autumn. This color, which exudes passion, is made even more dramatic with
deeper, darker undertones; Garnet and glossier red will also be popular hues.
Form-fitting, knee-length, man-sized
or cocoon-like, you name it... This Winter we’ll have a Coat party. They’re
everywhere! The big coat is definitely destined to be the season’s hottest
trend. Some of them – 40’s inspired – will take the light pink as the main
color; the others will have an accentuated masculine inspiration. Both are
great! Since Prada, Miu Miu or Blumarine brought them to the runways other high
street brands started making some similiar pieces so all of us can get our
example of this lovely trend.
The “new skirt” is longer,
mid-calf, slightly flared at the knee, and requires a total rethink on
footwear. I’m loving it so far! It’s a good refresh of what we tend to think
about skirts.
From Versace’s “Vunk” to Saint
Laurent’s Grunge, the woman imagined in the runways for this upcoming season is
a rebel. Her wardrobe is all about zips, chains, vinyl, leather and studs. Personally,
this is not a trend that I like very much ... However, it has a priveleged
place in this Winter and, at least, a few accessories here and there is enough
detail to keep us "on trend" without us having to renew our wardrobe
or wear something with which we don’t feel comfortable.
I’m also not a big fan of tartan or
square print, but I think it’s good to have a new thing trending this Autumn.
You can find it everywhere: skirts, pants, shirts, ...
Then, besides these big trends,
other details are also marking the upcoming season...
Minaudiere: lustrous embellishments,
bright colors and retro prints will take the accessory to the next level. This
trend screams chic!
Chunky scarf: Big is the keyword
for neckwear during this Autumn and Winter too. Oversized knit scarves in
heather gray, bright warm tones and prints will keep wearers toasty even in
cold weather.
Doctor's bag: The doctor bag is
here to stay; which is a good thing because I love it! Major designers are
giving this classic a twist to match diverse and sophisticated tastes.
Turtleneck: The turtleneck will be
a mainstay during Autumn and Winter 2013 and 2014. Tight turtlenecks can be
nicely mixed with a skirt or tight pants.
Seductive lace: Who can resist the
romantic and feminine look of lace? Intricate crochet and delicate adornments
will seduce this Autumn and Winter. Besides the classic black and white lace,
the item will be available in oxblood red and other fashion colors.

Eu não consigo acreditar que já
estamos em Setembro! É de mim ou este ano está a passar depressa demais?
Mas agora que nós fomos atingidos
por este vento de Setembro e nos encontramos numa espécie de meia-estação, eu
decidi trazer-vos uma visão rápida do que das tendências da moda para este
Outono/Inverno.
Antes de mais, tons pastel assim
como azul escuro e bordô estão a substituir toda a vivacidade das cores do
Verão. Os pastéis irão certamente alegrar um dia de Inverno. Ultra femininos e
chique, os tons suaves do azul e cor-de-rosa irão conquistar roupeiros. Eles
são perfeitos para quebrar o espírito do Verão sem pisar demasiado os tons de
Inverno – pois eles não são nem muito pop nem muito pesados ou escuros, então é
um bom equilíbrio. Adiciona também ao teu conjunto de Verão uma casaca leve, e
estarás pronta para ir e enfrentar o teu dia de meia-estação!
Não te surpreendas se vires muito
rosa claro nas lojas. Nós teremos um bouquet de rosas nesta próxima estação!
Os padrões florais abrandaram um
pouco durante o Verão e foram substituídos pelas riscas. Mas agora que o Outono
está a chegar, eles estão de volta em força! No entanto, podes esperá-los em
tons mais escuros para a estação do Inverno. Eu já tenho algumas camisolas
novas com este padrão floral e tenho a certeza de que elas darão um toque feliz
ao meu Inverno!
A história do masculino-feminino
também culmina nesta estação, graças a riscas, trousers e casacas trespassadas.
Pessoalmente, eu não me sinto a aderir a esta tendência, mas verdade é que o
guarda-roupa masculino tomou os armários das mulheres e inspirou muitas
passerelles para as coleções Outono/Inverno de 2013. Ainda assim, o toque
feminino é geralmente dado através dos acessórios.
Não só o azul está a fazer o seu
caminho nesta próxima temporada – e eu tenho a certeza de que irá atingir o seu
alto na próxima Primavera – mas especialmente o
azul-marinho será a cor da estação. Nós também encontraremos bastante preto,
bordô e roxo. O vermelho será outra cor muito presente neste Outono. Esta cor,
que exala paixão, torna-se ainda mais dramática com tons mais profundos e mais
escuros; garnet e vermelho mais brilhante serão também os tons populares.
Acentuando a forma, pelo joelho, com
tamanho masculino, ou com a forma de cocô, tu escolhes... Este Inverno nós
teremos uma festa de casacos. Eles estão por todo o lado! O casaco grande está
definitivamente destinado a ser a tendência mais «hot» da estação. Alguns deles
– inspirados nos anos 40 – irão tomar o rosa claro como cor principal; outros
terão uma acentuada inspiração masculina. Ambos são ótimos! Desde que Prada,
Miu Miu ou Blumarine os trouxeram para os desfiles, outras marcas começaram a
fazer peças semelhantes para que todos nós possamos obter o nosso exemplar desta
amorosa tendência.
A “nova saia” é mais comprida, pelo
meio da perna, ligeiramente alargadas no joelho, e requer uma reformulação
total do calçado. Estou a amar até agora! É uma ótima atualização daquilo que
tendemos a pensar sobre saias.
Do “Vunk” de Versace ao Grunge de
Saint Laurent, a mulher imaginada nos desfiles da próxima estação é uma
rebelde. O guarda-roupa dela é todo acerca de fechos, correntes, vinil, cabedal
e tachas. Pessoalmente, esta não é uma tendência de que eu goste muito... No
entanto, obtém um lugar privilegiado neste Inverno e, pelo menos, alguns
acessórios aqui e ali são o suficiente para nos manter na moda sem que tenhamos
de renovar o nosso guarda-roupa ou vestir algo com que não nos sentimos
confortáveis.
Também não sou grande fã de tartan
ou do padrão quadrado, mas penso que é bom ter uma nova tendência neste Outono.
Pode-se encontrar em todo o lado: saias, calças, camisas...
De seguida, além destas grandes
tendências, outros detalhes estão também a marcar a próxima estação...
Minaudiere: enfeites brilhantes,
cores vivas e padrões retro levarão o acessório ao próximo nível. Esta tendência
grita chique!
Cachecol robusto: Grande é a
palavra-chave também para as peças para o pescoço durante este Outono e
Inverno. Cachecóis de lã enormes em cinza, cores quentes brilhantes e padrões
irão manter os seus usuários quentinhos mesmo em tempo frio.
Mala de doutor: A mala de doutor
veio para ficar; o que é uma coisa boa porque eu adoro! Grandes estilistas
estão a dar a este clássico um toque para combinar gostos diversos e sofisticados.
Gola: A gola alta será um pilar
durante este Outono/Inverno 2013/2014. Golas justas podem ser bem conjugadas
com uma saia ou calças justas.
Rendas sedutoras: Quem consegue
resistir um romântico e feminino look de renda? Crochet e adornos delicados
irão seduzir este Outono/Inverno. Além da clássica renda preta e branca, o item
estará disponível em vermelho oxblood e outras cores da moda.
